" I am not one to write reviews especially about this because it’s something no one wants to discuss. But I was at work and had an “accident “ the one no one wants to talk about. So I immediately knew I had to do something pronto. So my research began on urinary incontinence. What seemed right to me was strengthening the pelvic floor. Due to my age 59 and having 3 children in my thirties I felt there was probably some weakness down there. I had done kegals in the past and bridges and all those things that are supposed to help but nothing really worked the way I had hoped. Through my research I found Liebman Wellness Center on Facebook and there was a video about the pelvic floor and the Emsella chair. Something in me said this is what I need to do. Before going to my first appointment I researched the chair and there were mixed reviews but I went with my gut instinct and decided to check it out. Liebman Wellness Center is very welcoming from the staff to the doctors. I had my first appointment with Dr Jesse and the chair. The Emsella chair pulses your pelvic floor and it is similar to doing a kegal or pelvic floor exercise but with much more intensity. I noticed a slight improvement after that one session and signed on for more. I can confidently say that this is one of the best decisions I have made. I actually feel my pelvic floor has strengthened no more urgencies or leakage. I would encourage anyone at the initial sign of this problem that no one wants to talk about to take care of it immediately. It doesn’t matter your age.
